Comfortable skirt. Plan to wear it to work and when I travel.

I love the Francis skirts and have three …. black, pacific, and plum. I wear them as neutrals with other colors or monochromatic with a matching colored Wool& top. I often have long days and they carry me through in comfort and style.

In a moment of the cold Colorado winter I noticed this skirt on the warehouse clearance so I thought I would give it a go. Well, who knew it would become one of the most used items in my closet?

It’s beautiful, versatile, and warm. And it provides an elevated look to many of my dresses and skirts!

The waistband does run a bit small so I recommend either sizing up or looking closely at the garment measurements before ordering.

This is simply a lovely skirt. I honestly ordered it because it was on sale and we are traveling someplace hot and visiting some places women need to have clothing covering their knees - so wanted a wool option for light weight packing and heat. The flap is attached so it will not blow open. It flows and hangs beautifully. I put the skirt on over a pair of wool leggings and under a long sleeved fleece turtleneck tunic I was wearing (winter here) and it isas attractive that way as it will with a nice blouse or simple t-shirt. I wear XS in all the Wool & and find the fit just right but do have a small waist so if you are on the fence, order up. I am so glad I gave it a try - might just have to pick up another before 8 Feb when sale ends! Oh, the Pacific color is so beautiful I just have to have a dress in that color too!
