Great quality as is per usual with wool& items. I really like the length. There is a little gaping under my arms sometimes, but that depends on how I am positioned I think. The top snap isn't at the very top and because of this opens a wee bit. Not enough to look open but it does contribute a bit to the neckline.
I received this today and left it on after trying it to wear to dinner on a 70° spring day. I was comfy walking to town while it was warm and after the sun set, stayed warmer than my husband in a polo shirt eating outside on the patio. The coral color is gorgeous but I'm here to also buy the black. This is an ideal fit and a gorgeous weight.
I really love this design. The henley neckline is very versatile. It felt like the elastic around the waist was a little tighter than other styles I have in the same size (like Brooklyn). For me this is a benefit—I'm bottom heavy so I get the XL to fit my hips but it's always a bit big in the waist (wool& design team--if you see this an internal adjustable waist would be 💯)
The tiers also hit at flattering places. Sometimes I find tiered dresses to have a horizontal seam right under my bum, which is not the best placement for me. With Grace the tier comes at the knee.
We're so glad to hear that you're loving the Grace! We hear you on the adjustable waistband. We'd love it if you'd leave your feedback over on wooland.featureupvote.com so that our whole team can see it.
I love this dress. It's cute, versatile, and fits my curves well. The skirt is nice and flowy and roomy. Unsnap the top and fold it down, and the dress can be worn as a skirt, making it great for travel. It dresses up and down well enough to wear for most purposes.
This dress seems to run a bit big. I'm very curvy and initially went by the size chart and got a large. I could have worn it in that size, but it was very loose on me, particularly in the waist, where the elastic just hung loose. Sizing down to medium gave me a better fit.
A couple small complaints: heavier objects in the pocket pull the waist down noticeably. I'm not sure this is fixable in this lightweight fabric. Maybe a wider, more secure elastic waist? Also, we need this dress in more colors! I'd love a blue, green, or purple.
I looove this dress. So flowy and flattering with a lovely shape and nice details. Looks good on its own but also layered in cooler weather.
I may take in a bit at the armholes at some point, but they aren't too gapey, just could be a little tighter.
I do not have any gaping at the buttons and am fairly curvy, but a very busty person may.
