My new favorite bra!

I love my new roam bra! The color, fabric and construction are all great. It feels substantial, but not too heavy. The fit is great in Medium for a 34/C. I love the convertible strap option for a cross back. Will definitely buy another one!

My new go-to bra!

I've had the Roam in XL for a few weeks now, and I have worn hardly anything else except when it had gotten stinky after a week or so of constant wear (I now own two so I can rotate as needed, especially because I will love it for travel).

I am a 38D and wear a L in Evelyn & Bobbie and Branwyn, but sadly the first-batch L Roam didn't fit and I was too late to get a first-batch XL. I use the cup inserts from Evelyn & Bobbie (I just stick them against my skin instead of messing with the insert holes -- never had skin irritation in over a year of doing that through all kinds of weather). I notice that the inserts start to peak out and need adjusting once or twice during the day, but it's not a big issue for me. The fit is comfortable and smooth all around. The bra is lightly supportive but not compressive, which helps because too much compression or pressure on sensitive parts of my shoulders can trigger migraines for me.

This bra has been revolutionary for me! I loooove Brooklyns but didn't like how they worked with my preferred bras. I felt like I needed to wear a cami to look professional/modest, so I mostly wore Brooklyns at home and only wore Isabelle on date nights (with the last vestiges of my underwire collection, which I now categorize as lingerie, not daily wear undergarments).

Brooklyn and Isabelle lay so nicely with the Roam crossover! Not as much lift as my Evelyn & Bobbie bras, but those bras get stanky if I don't wash them every wear, and they don't work well for me with Brooklyn and Isabelle. But especially with a crossover style top, I don't mind the lack of lift -- my husband said it still looked very nice, just a different kind of nice. He is very much a fan, especially because it means Isabelle is more daily-wear now.

This will one thousand percent be my new go-to travel bra. First, I tend to get stinky during travel (anxiety plus sitting with my arms stuck against my body for long periods), so of course wool is amazing for that. Second, the separated cups mean that car seat belts will not ride up into my throat. Third, as far as I can tell, the strap adjusters are all plastic, so nothing to set off airport metal detectors. (Branwyn Busty bra uses metal, which has set off airport metal detectors for me.)

Very disappointing

I wanted to love this bra but the fit was terrible. Nowhere near enough fabric to cover my breasts and offer support. I mean are my breasts so different? I don't understand.

Thanks for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Roam convertible wrap bra wasn't right for you. We're always here at help@wooland.com if you need any recommendations on styles that might work better for you!

Best wool bra I've tried so far

I am very picky about bras, being a singer. This is the first wool bra I did not immediately send back. (I have tried Branwyn, Woolly and Woolx so far, with absolutely no luck). With the Roam Convertible Wrap bra, I took it out of the package and put it on without even adjusting the straps and was able to wear it for a few hours, though the band was a little snugger than I personally like, which might feel perfect to another person. I need to be able to breathe deeply. My ribs need to feel completely free making their excursion up and out, with no resistance. For me the best part of bras is taking them off. I would prefer not to have this type of strap with metal, which was irritating after awhile (due to sensitivity) but the scoop bra has more fabric than I would like. I may try it anyway. My perfect bra shape, and what I currently wear daily, is the Boody Bamboo Shaper bra. I love that it feels like I'm wearing nothing but it also exposes nipples, (the unpadded version) so the Roam Convertible Wrap bra corrects that problem. Roam is thicker and sturdier, so I will use it for special occasions, and during the summer when my bamboo bras get wet and soggy. Besides being a singer, I am a little unusual in that I like less support...maybe because support has never felt good. So this is a really good review from me since I haven't returned the Roam!

Yummy fabric, of course

I've gotten used to and spoiled by Wool&'s soft fabric. It's amazing to me that wool can be so soft. It's thick enough to wear as a top and the style keeps me in and covered.
I ordered a large and the body of the piece fits, but I think the band is a tiny bit too small. I think I'll keep it, I am trying to lose weight and it'll probably be perfect in a few pounds. I think if I went up, it'd be too big.
